The hotel is amazing! The rooms are really spacious, with a modern bathroom and very comfortable beds, but there was a bit of maintenance missing in one corner of the bathroom floor. The service was excellent and helpful; I felt very welcomed, especially by Mouna and the lovely girl at the reception with short hair. The location is perfect, close to Gesundbrunnen, a super comfy bed, and helpful staff ready to assist anytime. The dining options were good, but some improvements could be made. Definitely worth the visit!
The hotel offers great and very clean rooms, though some maintenance issues were present, such as a corner on the bathroom floor being discolored due to limestone. The air conditioning was not very effective, and the windows were blocked, limiting ventilation. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mouna and the girl with short hair at the reception. The location is perfect, within a 5-minute walk from Gesundbrunnen, offering a super big and comfortable bed, along with great assistance from the staff at all times. The dining experience was good overall, except for the coffee, and could have had more warm options.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining options left something to be desired. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and a large park nearby.
